This school will develop all aspects of Sports medicine, Sports Sciences and will include studies related to applied physiology and anatomy, bio-chemical sciences, applied psychology, sports bio-mechanics and movement sciences (Kinesiology), preventive and rehabilitative sciences, Geriatric sciences, adventure and disability sports, clinical sports etc.

Department of Sports Psychology conducts Master Degree Program in Sports Psychology.It will also conduct Ph.D program from the next academic session. The department will give more emphasis on research in Sports psychology particularly cognitive strategies , perception and motor control. Department will be impart Psychological counseling to the athletes preparing for Higher achievement in Sports.
