The National Sports University Library, Manipur was set up in 2018 under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Govt. of India. The University is presently functioning from its temporary campus at Khuman Lampak Sports Complex, Imphal, Manipur.

NSU Library is considered as the heart as well as index of all academic activities of the institution. The mandate to strengthen the collection and improve the services is one of the important agendas of the University.

NSU Library has a collection of various subjects like Sports Coaching, Physical Education, Sports Psychology, Sports Nutrition, Sports Physiology, Sports Medicine etc. in the form of Text, Reference, online resources, etc.

NSU Library is automated through e-Granthalaya Library Management Software. It is developed by National Informatics Centre, New Delhi. Library activities related to Library management, Services and Digitalization run through this software. Web OPAC is also available in this Software for Library database searching to the users through Computer as well as Smart Mobile Phone. Android Mobile application is also available to access digital learning resources.

NSU Library is in its growing stage. Collection of reading materials is being added on a day to day basis on demand of Faculty members and Students according to University Syllabus.
